j'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de cet hôtel, la qualité du service et les prestation comme la piscine. très bien cette séparation du petit et du grand bain dans la longueur !

Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Poor welcoming , small room for 3 people, clean and comfortable bed and nice breakfast . People in the next room was speaking very loud around 11:30p.m and we couldn’t sleep and receptionist called them but it’s not helpful

In this hotel I had the worst customer experience ever. The room was ok and clean, but the man at the reception needs to learn how to work and how to treat other people. I booked my room for 100€ (alone) and there was NO BOOKING. The man gave me a room anyways, and MY ROOM WAS ALREADY FULL. I ENTERED IN A ROOM WITH OTHER PEOPLE SLEEPING. Then, he gave me another room but the card didn’t work, and this happened to at least other 10 people. I know it was fully booked and he was alone, but I didn’t hear NOT even a “I am sorry for the inconvenience”. When something like this happens, I expect the receptionist to be desolate, but he was just arrogant. Worst night ever.

L'hôtel a été choisi pour sa proximité avec le pas des exposition moins de 10 min à pied. Accueil chaleureux et compréhensif pour cette période de stress intense pour les étudiants et leurs accompagnants. Températures extérieures glaciales --2°C et courants d'air importants dans l'hôtel (système de chauffage en ventilation forcée bruyant et efficacité moyenne) . Repas tout à fait satisfaisant. Confort général satisfaisant

Fint for en enkelt nat, hvis man skal bruge lufthavnen. Vi skulle ind til Paris og det var også ok. Gammelt og slidt, men rent. Vores badekar var dog ret ulækkert (ridser mv) og ville aldrig tænde for spa af frygt for, hvilke bakterier, der kunne være i dyserne..
