Green hôtels Parc des Expositions

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit. Ich habe 200€ die Nacht bezahlt! Am ersten Bend dachte ich meine Zimmernachbarn sind in meinem Zimmer, so hellhörig war es. Bei der Bitte um Wechsel des Zimmers wurde ich zunächst angelogen, das Hotel wäre ausgebucht und es gäbe da keine Möglichkeit. Meine Hartnäckigkeit wurde dann doch belohnt. Ich bekam ein ruhigeres Zimmer. Bis auf das Bad war alles etwas alt und richtig billig eingerichtet. Aber sauber. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch. Der Kaffee richtig mies. Kleine Maschinen ewig kaputt. Von allem war immer zuwenig da und wurde nur zögernd und auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

The hotel was good and the day staff excellent. However the night attendant should not even have a job in customer relations. We asked for a taxi early the morning of our departure. I have never been scolded or treated that way in my life by hotel staff. Stayed in several hotels on our trip and never had not one problem. Need a taxi, ordered. Maybe that is why he works the night shift. I would never stay at this hotel or recommend it due to this man alone. It’s to bad for the hotel. The other staff during the day were perfect. Maybe look for a night attendant that won’t treat your customers like crap because he doesn’t want to be bothered from his nap or tv show which is how we found him.

Staff was a bit frustrating. They often were on their cell phones. My room key was not activated for my entire stay. I had to get it activated again every day. One night we came back late and the front door was closed. Picked up the phone (Because my room key wouldn't get me in) and waited nearly 20 minutes before someone came to the door. Then the staff member acted as if we did not have a reservation and took 3 tries to get my room key activated correctly so we could get back in

Services de bonne qualité, point faible penser à réorganiser le service en salle de restauration le soir

Tres mauvais accueil, arrivé dans la chambre je m'aperçois que la tv ne s'allume pas, une bouilloire est mise a notre disposition juste pour décorer ! Conclusion : aucunes des prises de la chambre fonctionne donc pas de boisson chaudes, pas de télévision, impossible de mettre en charge ses appareils personnel et le pire c'est que le standard sen foutais complètement! Meme pas un rabais sur la facture ! J'ai payé plein pot pour zero service ! Pourriez vous essayer de conclure un accord afin qu'une remise me soit faite. Merci Cdt
