Il rumore dell ascensore che durante la notte si sentiva quando saliva e scendeva soprattutto quando si fermava Il bagno troppo piccolo ( wc) La zona esterna frequentata da ragazzi di colore che fumavano bevevano a tutte le ore puzza di pipì e fumo di cannabis ... Una zona anche se c'è la stazione di polizia molto insicura un vero peccato Peccato perché l albergo ha tutto il potenziale per esprimersi al meglio ...

The facility was located in not so safe part of the city. The moment the driver brought us in, he told us to be careful, the area was not too safe. There was a red light district not so far from the hotel.. We immediately went out to eat the moment we checked in, while coming back, we met so many fiercely looking guys sitting around the front of the hotel smoking. We knew this wouldn't work for us because we may need to come back late most times. The corridors are so tiny and could barely take 2 persons per time, the elevator was so small too. This place was also too far from the event we came for. Immediately we checked in and noticed these issues, we went downstairs to have a chat with the front officer person, we told her we will stay just one night, against the 4 nights we had booked. We left the next morning after another meeting with the front office guy, we were shocked to receive a message from the hotel telling us we will be charged for 2 nights while we only stayed for one night. The question is, if your hotel was fascinating, we will have no reason to leave. We moved to ParkInn by Radisson which we found so excellent. We are still waiting for our refund.

We do not like the hotel and we will never use it again, it is too old.
