Hotel Best Western City Centre

Le personnel était très professionnel

The location is fine, close to city centre, close from train station. Hotel was clean. There was everything they had in description.

The beds are absolutely horrible, they are super soft and uncomfortable. Two streets away from very unsafe area of drug dealers, junkies, addicts

The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was located in a grubby part of the city and even though it was called the City Centre Hotel, it was 25 mins walk from the centre. Next to the hotel was a doorway where homeless people seemed to hang out and on our first day there were 2 dead rats on the pavement outside. The net curtains in my bedroom had a big hole in them and they were filthy. I had to go to reception the first day as I found hairs on my pillow and in the shower. Dirty marks on the walls.
