Its cheap and cheerful, and good for the kids.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and the food at the buffet was the same every day.

The balcony and the hot tub was nice

Didn’t like that it was one food hall One drink machine near the pool which was always busy One staff on in the pool bar drinks Que again was huge Sun beds were taken by 6:30 and the pool doesn’t open untill 10 ! One toastie maker that had a huge Que Had to deposit €20 per towel ! The stroller ramp or disabled was a huge detour around the whole hotel to exit No ice cream inc by the pool for kids

Great location, great pools, well kept grounds, kids loved the entertainment in the evenings

There was a great selection of food in the evening but the quality of the ingredients is the only thing that let the hotel down

Nice large family rooms, large balcony with a jacuzzi

Far from the ocean, limited food variety and cleaning of the rooms not regular - several times had to ask a cleaning lady to come (this despite a sign to clean the room hanging out for 2nd day in a row)

The staff was amazing and any problems we had, they fixed as fast as they could

The layout is not good for people in a wheel chair or families with strollers. There are alot of stairs due to the hotel being built on an incline and if you need to go the accessable route, they are pretty long.

Amazing hotel for families as it has lots of activities going on all day. Entertainment team were fantastic. Alot of steps around the complex though, so anybody with mobility issues may struggle. Food was of a good standard. Drinks, however were a little on the poor side. No dry white wine, only sweet & the normal drinks didnt appear to be that alcoholic, beer was ok though. Plenty of sunbeds although it was Easter, maybe in the summer could be an issue. Terraces & balconies are huge though & could easily have sunbeds on them, which would help! Overall a fabulous holiday where the staff work extremely hard to make it that way. Definitely would return.

Some strange smell in all the wc. Alot of ants around. Guest leaving trash around. Got tierd of the food after 5 days.

We had an excellent stay – perfect for families! The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. There were loads of fun activities around the pool that kept my sons entertained all day – they especially loved the inflatables, water polo, ping pong competitions, and football. The food was also great, with something different every night, so there was always variety. All in all, a brilliant family hotel that I’d definitely recommend – we’d love to go back!
