gute Lage, hat direkt ein Restaurant, Morgenessen inklusive, Spa, bequeme Betten, schöne Zimmer

Personal konnte kein Deutsch wirklich, Duschkopf hielt nicht an der Halterung, Spa Wasser hätte etwas sauberer sein können

"An older, run-down hotel and poor service. Downgraded room. I do not recommend."

Clean hotel. A very nice, newer swimming pool.

-A run-down hotel. -Even though I had reserved a better room with a bidet, sofas, and a mountain view, I was given a room without these amenities. (When I reported it, they offered older rooms with stale carpets, so I stayed in the first one.) The receptionist said she would speak to the manager about it, but she never followed up. -A relatively poor selection of food at breakfast. -A view of a nearby construction site. -Poor soundproofing in the room—you could hear vehicles from the nearby street.
