War top, wir hatten auch ein super Abendessen im Restaurant Pöstli genossen. Was uns gar nicht gefiel ist, dass man als Gast nicht mal anständig in den hoteleigenen Club kann, obwohl man ja schon gegessen hat und sich dann noch ein Zacapa Rum an der Bar gönnt. Man verteilt zwar Bändli, muss dann aber 1000 Stunden anstehen. NO GO - Sorry. Ich würde da die Türsteher etwas schulen und eine andere Politik fahren.

Auf dem Balkon hatte es einen angefangenen Schokoriegel von den Vorgängern. Der Frühstücksraum war dunkel. Zum Lachs fehlte die Zitrone. Das Frühstück war Durchschnitt nicht vielfältig. Der Frühstückstisch war nicht komplett gedeckt. Fehlte der Abfallkorb. Die Bedinung war unkonzentriert wenig aufmerksam. Im Schwimmbad lagen Handtücher rum und keine Aufsichtsperson oder Ansprechperson war zuständig. Die Reception war auf die Ankunft gar nicht vorbereitet.

Die Reception war inkompetent. Die Reservationen für das Nachtessen haben zweimal nicht geklappt. Beim Verkauf der Skikarten wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass auf jede Karte eine Depotgebühr von 20.- Fr. erhoben wird. Der Teppich im Zimmer war voller Flecken. Das Zimmer auf die Hauptstrasse war sehr lärmig, weil bis gegen vier Uhr morgens grölende Barbesucher die Bar verliessen

Unfortunately staff seemed always to busy to attend to guests appropriately. For example. Check in was some what chaotic. I reserved a underground parking space. It was very hard to find as there are no signs to it. The allocated staff person only spoke Italian and was no help at all.

Leider hat man die laute Musik von Bar oder Disco bis spät in die Nacht gehört, ohne Ohrschutzstöpsel wäre an einschlafen nicht zu denken gewesen. Scheint eine Nobelherberge für Junge und jung gebliebene zu sein. Nicht zu empfehlen für Leute, die die absoluge Ruhe suchen. Zimmerböden mit fleckigem Spannteppich, sehr schmale Dusche ohne abgeschlossener Kabine. Hoher Preis für zu wenig Leistung/Komfort.

Service was TOP notch! The views are stunning and we had several from our room. The amenities were perfect, nice pool and sauna - needs to be warmer, turndown service, and Swiss chocolates at every turn! CoOp was close for snacks and sundries, and the bar at the hotel is GREAT! Definitely go to La Cave for some cheese fondue! Only caveat of the stay was that when housekeeping calls they knock and walk right in without pause. Definitely come prepare with a fat wallet! However, skiing/snowboarding and drinking are the most bang for your franc. Close to alot in downtown too.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir so kurzfristig noch 2 Einzel Zimmer buchen konnten.

Stayed Christmas Day till Boxing Day. Room open fire hot, got no sleep. Exposed crack in wall- alpine traditional decor used to hide behind an aging interior. Crazy hotel layout- 3 different boot rooms, of course after visiting the the other two I had to go to reception to ask where my skis and boots had been taken and of course was they were in the 3rd of three boot rooms. Nobody waiter present at the moment I arrived at breakfast (no issue in itself) so I went up to the chef to ask for 2 fried eggs, wow got shouted at by the waiter aparently I am not to do that. We were booked a table at the other Morosani Hotel restaurant where there is an Italian restaurant. Was not so busy, maybe 60% covers utilised. At the beginning we received good service, we ordered the 5 course Christmas day menu. After we ordered wine and completed the first course, our waiter went to serve other tables and left us, we then seemed to have about 5 different waiters, our food took a long time to come, everything slowed down, long delays, our wine and water was kept away from our table but the waiters did not keep us topped up. Was just terrible, terrible bad for CHF350 for a 3 people on Christmas Day. We were seated at the far end of the restaurant where there was no audible music at all. In the main restaurant area you could hear the paino and singer, where we were seated we could hear no music nor singing, only chatter from the full main restaurant area. We felt completely left out.

Der Abend im ital. Restaurant "da Maro" war einzigartig: Sehr gute Küche, super Bedienung!
