First impression the hotel looked great, the room was spacious and the balcony was as big as the room! Then my allergies were triggered when I walk into the room. I’ve been sneezing and had itchy eyes. My asthma got worse and I had to go to the hospital. The room looked clean but there’s definitely something causing my allergies in this room. Then in the last day we found out the room had white hairs that looked like dogs hair that kept getting on our clothes. When we asked the receptionist she said , that dogs are allowed in the hotel and that we should’ve told them to clean more throughly if we had allergy! I don’t think that I should have an allergic reaction for the room to be cleaned properly! It should be cleaned properly period even if I wasn’t allergic! The perks of the hotel is it had a great location for skiing. Ski rental store at the hotel close to ski lifts and bus and supermarkets.

Amazing trip. 600M from the lift is misleading though... It's actually about 1Km. Great stay, unfortunate location, unless you want to eat and shop ... It's great for that.

- The rooms are big and spacious - The hotel's location is practical for the skilifts and there are quite some good restaurants in the area - The hotel offers a lot of different restaurants and bars - The sauna in the spa was nice - The restaurant (Damoro) staff was very friendly

- The room we were given had NOTHING to do with the pictures shown on Booking –nor the hotel's website– for the chosen category. On the pictures one could clearly tell that the rooms have been renovated (at least partially), but our room was old and dark. Its look and furniture were very different than on the pictures. So I went to the reception to ask about it and their answer was "We do not take pictures of every room". As much as I agree on this point, I felt like I was being scammed. If there is such a big style difference, then they should consider adding and extra category with a different price, 'cause I would have never agreed on paying 540 CHF per night for that room. In the end they moved us to another room, which was still very disappointing, but at least it had more natural light (3 windows instead of 1). I don't know why they didn't give us that room in the first place. - The spa is mall and only has two single-person whirlpools (from which one was broken), and the water in them is soooo cold. Not relaxing at all! On the morning of January 1st we still wanted to have a fast sauna session before breakfast (it was 10:15), but both saunas were still turned off, even if the spa officially opens at 6AM. For the hotel category pretty disappointing. - We had our NYE Dinner at the Damoro Restaurant, 1 normal menu and 1 vegetarian. In the vegetarian menu I found only one interesting and delicious dish out of 5. The service that night was slow and chaotic... We had to keep reminding the staff about our extra orders (bread and wine), or even tell them that we weren't served yet, while all the other people were already finishing their dishes. - The breakfast service on the morning of the 1st of January was prolonged until 12, a nice gesture. But unfortunately, when we got there at 11:15, the buffet was almost empty and not being refilled anymore. - Be aware that dogs are allowed in the hotel, but in none of its restaurants.

A great experience. I will definitely visit again as soon as I can. The hotel is on the main street of Davos. The building is kind of historical and has a lot of fashion. Parking available for guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very generous and various. Good of any preference. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. THANK YOU FAMILY MOROSANI

Very nice standard of the hotel. The room has both shower and bath tube. There is a modern large tv and very good internet access. Teamaker and mini bar (empty, but can be stocked by the hotel on demand). The hotel has small but versatile fitness room and a spa. Excellent breakfast choice and quality. The beds are comfortable and I particularly liked the pillows. The reason why I chose this hotel over other hotels of similar standard was that this hotel offered longer cancellation period and later check-out time (12:00 instead of 11:00 in other hotels).

The only small thing that didn't work was that casting the screen from my phone to the tv in the room didn't work, despite the tv did offer such an option.

We have just returned from what was meant to be a long and enjoyable ski weekend. I have been staying at the Morsani for over 10 years. I have written positive reviews on here in the past, but I will now never go back. The staff seem to have changed considerably. This time - from arrival and throughout our stay - not one smile or welcome from any staff. Totally unhelpful and lacking any knowledge. We had clearly (a couple of times) asked for a quiet room - we were given one with an interconnecting door and near the elevators (in my guest profile exactly what I don't want) - we then had a screaming child next door making noise most of the evening (called to reception, who were totally rude) - then woken up at 6.45am on a Saturday. Lots of staff at breakfast - nobody really working - all stood around by the coffee machine. Many of them didn't seem to speak much German nor English.
