The breakfast could be better. The pastries, pancakes and waffles were dry, not fresh. Bigger selection of fruit and veg needed. I was unlucky at the restaurant with my meal choice.

CHCHLa signorina della reception é stata sempre premurosa e attenta con sensibilità a risolvere ogni tipo di problema. Ha reso il soggiorno partcolarmente bello. Tutto il personale é stato gentile e attento. La struttura é molto molto accogliente. Pulizia perfetta. Spa perfetta.

Vom Frühstück hätte ich mehr erwartet. Am erstem Morgen musste ich um einen Kaffee kämpfen da mich der Kellner ignorierte.
CHCHDie Unterkunft sieht sehr schön aus und ist sehr gut gelegen. Zum Caumasee kann man gut zufuss gehen.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem französischem Doppelbett gebucht, es waren aber leider nur zwei Einzelbetten die zusammen gestellt wurden. wir waren mit unserem baby im Hotel und unser baby schläft in der Mitte, dies war leider nicht möglich und ich musste mühsam mit ihm auf 90cm schlafen. Nach anfrage bei der Rezeprion (ich musste zur rezeption laufen, da niemand das telefon abgenommen hat) . die lösung war ein dünnes lacken das wir selber spannen mussten da der hausdienst nichtmehr im haus war. gebracht hat es leider nichts. das zimmer hat keine klimaanlage und es war SEHR heiss. das restaurant ist sehr schön aber die bedienung lässt zu wünschen übrig, wir mussten lange warten. der wein kam viel zu spät, die beilagen zum hauptmenü kamen 10 minuten nach dem hauptgang. wir waren eher spät am frühstücksbuffet und einiges hat nicht mehr appetitlich ausgesehen.
