Panorama Hotel

The hotel was closing for my stay and rebooked me into a new hotel which was of a higher grade and at no greater cost

Alles war super ausser der Zustand des Hallenbades, Whirlpool. Leider löst sich bereits der Verputz des Whirlpools :-( Schade, weil sonst wars super.

The first thing I do when I enter a hotel room is to check the quality of the wireless connection. There was none, despite the fact that the room description stated that there would be free wireless internet connection - otherwise I would have booked another hotel. Traveling on business, it was a big minus for me not to have wireless in the room. The wireless in the lobby was poor, and no substitute for a satisfacory in-room connection. The staff was very friendly, but that did not help to solve the problem. They claimed that the place was a holiday place and that people don't need internet in their holiday - but the hotel description did not state that. The desk in the room (which was listed in the room description) was poor and the chair was not good for long working sessions. Breakfast was nice but more fresh fruit would have improved it. The "shower" listed in the room description turned out to be a narrow bathtub with one of those curtains that stick to wet bodies - taking a shower was not easy and no pleasure. At least from my window, the hotel name seemed to be far-fetched because there was little of a panorama. The hotel is close to a little park and not far from busy areas with many restaurants - certainly a plus.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Bravo! Frühstückbuffet sehr gut. Sehr angenehm, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, alles o.k. Für eine 3-Stern Beurteilung in jeder Beziehung gut! Angenehm war auch die Zimmergrösse!

Das Hotel ist an sehr zentraler Lage ohne laut zu sein. Der Service und der Empfang sind äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet darf sich sehen lassen!

Die Suite mit Wohn und Schlafzimmer ist super. Die Kochnische und der grosse Kühlschrank ein plus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, immer mit persönlicher Begrüssung und tollem Service. Kein fünf Sterne Lokal aber ein ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Gutes, sauberes hotel. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Sehr aufkerksames Personal!! Das Frühstückbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig.Super Lage zum Eisstation.
