Soldanella

Trata-se de um hotel tradicional, com preocupação no conforto e bem estar dos hóspedes. A cama é confortável e aconchegante. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários muito solícitos.

Struttura molto confortevole ad appena 1km dalla stazione. Il personale è stato gentilissimo ed accogliente. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Salutiamo con affetto Alberto, uno dei camerieri di sala, che ci ha coccolati sia a cena che a colazione e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per il tempo libero. Colazione abbondante e varia. Hotel a 3 stelle ma servizi da 5 stelle. Consigliatissimo.

We had a lovely room overlooking the lake. If you're going to stay in St Moritz, it is worth getting a room with a view. Soldanella has a great balcony off the bar to enjoy the views. We had dinner at the restaurant too, which was delicious and had more great views. The staff were all great.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, even with the lift and escalators so if you have a lot of luggage, it might be a bit tricky. It is a lovely walk along the lake though. It's the last bit uphill, that's the struggle. A shuttle service from the hotel would be great.

Property was a spacious room, good location.

The property was far too hot, no aircon! We were there in May, it was 32degrees. The windows were open but it’s on a busy road and was very very loud during the night. We were also above the kitchen so our room was stinking while meals were being cooked, we had to close the windows.

Nice, large room with a big window to sit and stare out of.

Had to figure out how to get to and from the train station upon arrival from the Glacier Express as the shuttle bus was unexpectedly not available. Was told to take the bus. Did not get to use the spa facilities as I had intended.

Clean, very vintage, excellent service from the staffs and a unique lift!

Maybe just the door lock and unlock. It can be quite difficult to open/close.
