Nice hotel with an excellent price/quality ratio. Good breakfast. Room not too big but sufficient. Very poor wi-fi signal in the room, this can’t even happen in 2023. Globally a very good option for the Bad Ragaz area.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in dieser schön angelegten und gepflegten Hotelanlage mit vielen Einzelgebäuden. Man kann mit dem Auto direkt vor den Zimmern parken, also ähnlich wie bei einem Motel. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar schlicht eingerichtet, aber sie sind gross und sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Wellness-Anlage mit Pool in der Mitte des Hotelparks. Das reichhaltige Frühstücks-Buffet ist schön präsentiert, lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen und schmeckte sehr frisch und fein. Besten Dank für den guten Service! Wir werden bei Gelegenheit wieder einmal kommen.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut, am Abend gab es aber keine A la Carte Speisekarte und 2 der angebotenen Menüs waren nicht mehr verfügbar. Der Zustand der Einrichtungen ist OK.

Very overpriced room in the annex, most rooms of this quality cost 90-100CHF. The restaurant at dinner only offered a buffet for 52CHF - as I didn’t eat the meat’s offered (limited) it left me with soup and salad fir that price or a long walk to and from town as the buses don’t run late. Extremely disappointing after other Schloss hotels I have stayed at . I arrived at 2pm and was told I could not check in till 3pm - I was aware of this but many hotels will check you in early if the room is ready. Not a friendly feeling at this hotel other than at breakfast which was good. Would not recommend this hotel is you want other than a very ordinary experience - nothing special here, including the price.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und stilvolles Hotel

War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Einzig das Essen könnte klar verbessert werden. Zimmer dezentral, aber schön.
