"Nice Hotel in perfect location"

Hotel is 2 blocks from the lake and directly on the tram line for quick access to old town and the main train station. Hotel was very clean, if not a bit spartan. The entire staff was the friendliest and most helpful we've ever experienced anywhere. Breakfast was wonderful, and the dining staff very accommodating and friendly. I could rate this hotel a 5 except for he lack of air conditioning. We were told they were working on it, but it never happened, and we had to keep the balcony door and window open to avoid the heat. Great hotel for the money, but maybe not for the summer months.

"Exceptional"

Nice modern hotel 1 block from the lake & a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there in my next visit.

"Cool hotel in a great location"

Great little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The lake is just two blocks away. You can easily walk to the city center in less than 10 minutes. My room was very clean and nicely decorated. The only negative was that the AC did not seem to work when I got to my room late at night. Breakfast was super. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location, walking distance to the lake and old town of Zurich. Business District so very quiet on weekends. Modern furnishings, great, helpful staff. Would stay there again.
