Great location. Extremely cleanly. Hotel is About dated but the cleanliness makes up for It.

A small kettle would be appreciated

We were unaware of an airport shuttle? Arriving after 8:00 p.m. was a bit difficult. We were, however, finally able to follow the steps to open and get our keys. It was very helpful that a young couple was coming out and could help us. Also thoughtful and helpful was an envelope with our name with a key! It seemed very early to have no staff available. Next day staff person was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

Location, cleanliness, facilities etc excellent breakfast serve at a Swiss local bakery. Credit goes to the front desk, could not recollect his name but is a Swiss of Colombian descent very helpful and polite…

The location was fantastic. It is close to the central train station but very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little small (though expected for one person), but nicely decorated and clean.

More lighting in the bathroom would be nice. It sometimes feels a bit dark at the moment.

Staff are good, affordableish for Zurich.

Lit confortable et chambre propre malgré le style très vieillot et les draps de lit défraîchis.

La salle d'eau trop petite ainsi que la douche. Le petit déjeuner trop limité, nous n'avons pas pu avoir une boisson froide, seulement deux pains, une petit morceau de Beurre et une petite confiture avec des oeufs brouillés. Peu de choix et trop limité pour le prix.
