"Superb Hospitality"

The Hotel was very cozy & has an exceptional location to train & Zurich City. The staff helped me with our boarding passes & showed wonderful hospitality to make our stay memorable.

"Great location but poor experience"

Staff was really kind and helpful, location was great- very close to Zurich HB station

The room was quite small, the toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The room also didn’t feel as clean as expected. Breakfast wasn’t served on-site- you have to walk down to a nearby cafe, which is convenient but not ideal.

Receptionist was very nice. Bed was comfortable but I should have ordered an extra pillow or 2 because I woke up with a neck ache. Refrigerator didn't work but if you plan on staying overnight and just need a place to sleep, this is fine. A bonus is the free breakfast which is hard to find in Switzerland!
