Hotel Montana Zürich

Great location and wonderful customer service , plus excellent breakfast as good as 4-5 star hotel. Will definitely comeback if visit Zurich again.

The furniture is a bit old.

Need a lot of maintenance..

breakfast, very good .room good , but not There is neither air conditioning nor a refrigerator; there is nothing for making coffee or tea.and location good .

The location was good. It was a 5 minute walk away from the central train station. The check-in process was easy but there were many times where the staff was not even at the desk.

The rooms were filthy. It looked like the rooms had not been cleaned in months. There was dust everywhere. The fan was not working. There were small spiders everywhere and moths in the shower. Also the pillows had barely any stuffing. It was like sleeping on the pillow case only.

The property is good very much convenient to the train, bus n the tour bus.
