Hotel Alexander

La posizione spettacolare è lo staff gentilissimo

Peccato aver trovato il posacenere sul tavolino del terrazzo ripieno di 10 mozziconi di altri (nessuno di noi fuma) e non svuotato per tutto il soggiorno

Mooi hotel, prima faciliteiten, aardig personeel en kwaliteit van ontbijt, lunch en diner niets op aan te merken

Het was erg warm ca. 30 graden en we zaten op de derde verdieping en de kamer was niet voorzien van een airco. Een ander nadeel was dat ze op het moment van ons verblijf aan het verbouwen waren met veel bouwlawaai tot gevolg. Hiervoor zijn we bij de receptie geweest, maar zij gaven te kennen dat alle bookingbureau’s hiervan op de hoogte waren gesteld. Ik heb een mail hierover gestuurd naar booking.com maar hierop helaas geen reactie mogen ontvangen. Ik denk dat het hotel hier geen blaam treft, maar booking.com nalatig is geweest om mij hiervan in kennis te stellen.

Das Hotel hat eine sensationelle Aussicht, herrlich gelegen …ein Traum.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Alexander in Weggis and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which we especially appreciated since we don’t speak the local language. They made everything easy and welcoming for us. Our room was much larger than we expected, which was a lovely surprise, and the view was absolutely incredible. There was a crane in sight, but honestly, it became quite interesting to watch and didn’t take away from the beauty of the surroundings. The location is fantastic — we could easily walk to the boat station/pier, making it very convenient to explore the area. It was also a great base for driving to other places, including Zurich. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection, and we also had dinner at the restaurant one evening where the food was absolutely divine. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, amazing food, and a perfect location. We would happily stay here again.
