Прекрасный вид на горы. Удобный, просторный двухкомнатный номер со всеми удобствами. Шведский завтрак. Бассейн нам очень понравился, остались самые тёплые впечатления.

Sehr laut rattender Abluftventilator in der Dusche. Zimmer sauber aber „abgenutzt“ wirkend.

Schönes und sehr zenrales Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Zimmer sauber und schön. Der Spa Bereich sauber und gemütlich. Das Essen sehr fein. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig.

Leider wirkte das Service Personal unfreundlich, vergesslich und schweizerdeutsch wurde nicht verstanden. Einfache Serviceregeln wurden nicht eingehalten was uns enttäuscht hat (Restaurant Urchig). Da sollte man das Personal unbedingt schulen.

Très bonne localisation, calme, personnel super , déjeuner vraiment super complet et frais, et espace piscine et bien être au top

La chaleur dans les chambres était beaucoup trop élevée
