Simple breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location

Room rather small.

Great location right in the city center. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Everything was convenient and worked well.

One thing I found unusual: at check-in, the staff asked for my bank card and wrote down the card details. They told me this is a normal practice in Swiss hotels, but after staying in three other hotels in Switzerland, none of them requested this. It felt a bit strange.

Das sehr freundliche Personal. Das ,abgesehen vom Bad/WC, geräumige Zimmer. Das gute und umfangreiche Frühstück.

Location is perfect. I had read before our trip some reviews where guests complained about too little space in the shower - but it was okay, from our point of view. Breakfast was not excellent, but good enough. Very friendly staff.

Nothing really

Small variety of food,no desert.

Wonderful location, so close to the water and main points of interest. It was tidy and had minimal stairs - we were on the first floor. It was as pictured although our specific room isn’t photographed here.

It was on the smaller size out of all the rooms we’ve stayed, but was still comfortable. There was a coffee machine, but no kettle. The breakfast we also included was as expected, nice coffee and hot chocolate made fresh by barista but otherwise nothing very fancy. It is expensive for what we got, but it’s Switzerland!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht gut. Im Zimmer kaum Platz zum Laufen. Das Bad war so klein, das ist eine Frechheit - man kann sich kaum drehen, ohne gegen Tür oder Dusche zu stossen. (Idee: Bodengleiche Dusche?). Frühstücksbereich sehr eng mit Stühlen, die es noch enger machen. Da das Geschirr auch dort bearbeitet wurde, war die ganze Zeit Geschirrgeklapper. Offene Fenster nachts sind nicht möglich, da sich Gespräche, Müllabfuhr, Anlieferungen (Lärm) in den Gassen fangen.
