סאונה: יש 5 סוגי סאונות, כל חצי שעה יש מטפל שעושה סוג של טקס בסאונה עם קרח ששובר אותו וגם עם ריחות מעולים. בריכה: בריכה חיצונית עם נוף משגע להרים , בריכה די חמה ניקיון: נקי מאוד ומסודר אוכל : ארוחת בוקר טובה, יש מה לאכול, יש בופה. לגבי ארוחת ערב, יש להם קונספט של מסעדה כזה, אתה יושב בשולחן ומגישים לך תפריט, ואתה בוקר, אוכל ברמה גבוהה, של מסעדת שף אפילו. אבל לישראלים שרגילים להעמיס צלחות , לנגב חומוס , זה שונה ולא כזה משביע! מיקום: רבע שעה עד חצי שעה מכל המקומות היפים באזור. צוות: צוות מאוד נעים, ושירותי, מעל ומעבר. אפילו על גבול הלא אנושי לי אישית כישראלי פחות נעים! אין מילה רעה. אבל מרגיש לי טו מאצ. כנראה אנחנו רגילים למשהו אחר כישראלים

Unglaubliche Lage mit Blick auf den Niesen

I was offered an upgrade to a spectacular room, a lake view toom which was just amazing, I was given a small yet yummy birthday cake after an amazing dinner with Rose pettles all over my table. Also a gift of choice. I indulged in a facial, swam in the heated pool and took a sauna. After our checkout time we could stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Upon checkout we were given special alp water and a bus voucher to our next destination. This hotel stay was our most impressive and would certainly return.

Spent 4 nights in September. Ermitage suite. 4th floor. Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful food. Gorgeous view. We hiked all around near the resort ad weather was ok so did not go to mountains. But great hiking nearb y. It was a quieter place which we enjoyed. AC was in bedroom and strong but noisy. We usually had the balcony and windows open. Did not participate in the excursions due to weather, but the resort offers so much. The staff is excellent. Seems it is more of a swiss german clientele, but heard many different languages and staff speaks them all!! Such a beautiful place. Don't hesitate to book.
