Typical Swiss style chalet, very nice staff, good location (even though it is close to the other train station, actually there is a bus from Interlaken West which takes you to the train to Ost or to the town from which you can take the same train) and small extra stuff like complimentary ear buds for sleeping and farewell gift when you check out

I had my own room, it was very cozy and typical. Both ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful
