Die Lage war sehr gut.

Aber dass ,das Personal nicht mal Deutsch kann ist schon sehr traurig. Matratzen waren sehr hart. Unterkunft war nur auf das nötigste eingerichtet. Niemals drei Sterne wert!

The property is situated amongst a lot of Chinese and Indian restaurants. Walking distance from Interlaken West station. It was decent - budget accommodation. Very reasonable for Interlaken. No toiletries except a soap so bring your own. This is the only hotel that had English channels. There is a park nearby if you want to relax. The desk should give you an Interlaken card to help with transit costs. You can walk anywhere. I also did paragliding through them.

Could change the soap brand, else Good value for money.

Nothing really. Just the location.

This is a very cheap hotel that looks expensive from the outside. Do not fall for the price. I had to contact Booking.com and escalate the issue with stinking bathrooms, mouldy bedsheets and being told that the A/C will not be turned on as they do not consider the weather to be hot! and several other problems. Stay away from this. Aweful customer service too from the front desk.
