Lage direkt am Genfer See, mit Zugang zur Uferpromenade. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr freundlicher Frontdesk. Wenige hoteleigene Parkplätze, ansonten schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Stark befahrene Bahnlinie direkt hinter dem Hotel, mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse in den vom See abgewandten Zimmern.

Tesisin en önemli avantajı muhteşem göl manzarası. Konum olarak da heryere yeterli uzaklıkta (10-15dk yürüme mesafesi) Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı orta seviyede, temizlik kısmında malesef çok başarılı değildi.

Yorumlarda kahvaltısı çok iyi denmiş ama bize göre çok basit seviyede bir kahvaltı. Birkaç farklı kruvasan çeşidi, yumurta, çay ve birkaç çeşit peynir… en büyük problem temizlik kısmıydı. Günlük temizlik adına yapılan tek şey çöp boşaltmak. Yastık kılıfı ya da çarşaf değişikliği istiyorsanız denk getirip temizlikçinin başında değiştirtmeniz gerekiyor. Terlik için istemezseniz odaya verilmiyor. Kesinlikle net bir şekilde otelin yenilenme ihtiyacı var.

The hotel was in an amazing setting, front line lakeside. The staff were superb, the ladies on reception were wonderful, amazingly polite and helpful with superb language skills. They could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was comfortable, although the frogs in the pond outside our bedroom did decide to croak away through the night. The gardens were lovely and gave access to the lake promenade.

Trying to park at the hotel that has limited space but the girls at reception solved the situation perfectly.
