Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A complimentary transfer service from and to the train station is offered to all guests on their arrival and departure day. Please inform the property about your arrival time in advance. Renovation Alpine Chic Rooms Until mid-December we are renovating all Alpine Chic rooms with a complete new look. The entire side of the Hotel above the bar will therefore be closed, the Spa, Restaurant, Bar and smoking lounge stay open as per usual. Some construction noise will be expected. Renovation work will be done weekdays, during business hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Rooms are spacious and well designed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Excellent location, only 2 min walk to the Sunnegga train.

Friendly and helpful staff, transfer from/to Zermatt train station, room very beautiful, clean and quiet, nice swimming pool, nice restaurant and lounge, with nice food and snacks. Nice facilities for skiers.

Breakfast, although not bad, could have been better, with fresher pastries.

Muy lindo, moderno, excelente ambiente. Muy buen desayuno, 10 puntos. Spa muy completo y con buenos precios. Transporte incluido desde la estación de tren. Enfrente del lift Sunnega y a 5 minutos de la calle principal. Para ir a Matterhorn pasa un colectivo súper cerca y está a 10 minutos máximo. Tardes de piano y drinks muy cozy
