L hotel m a donne la cle de chambre d ube chambre deja louée. Je devais dormir dans le lit et les affaires de quelqu'un d autre.. Puis quand j ai refusé, ils m ont jeté dehors à plus de 20 h sans solution

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, wie auch das kleine aber feine Spa.

Die Bar schliesst bereits um 22:00h & die Mitarbeitenden sind Allrounder & gefühlt überall gut, aber nicht sehr gute Experten

Great location and really nice hotel

It’s not amazing… but it is good. For the price I would probably expect more, but crans Montana is an expensive place!

Location was fine. Nice breakfast room and spa but didn't use either

outdated, old, scratchy sheets, thin walls, bed too close to the door (layout super weird), staff seemed clueless and we'd asked for a taxi pick up which never arrived

"Perfect relaxation after a festival"

Location in the middle of Crans-Montana, lovely view from breakfast and spa area. Grass and beach baskets, nicely sized pool, quite late late checkout. We were coming for a Caprices Festival, so relaxing next day was super nice.
