The location of this hotel is excellent. The town centre can easily be reached by foot( takes about 10-15mins) or by bus( bus stop is nearby; bus No 1).Additionally, a boat terminal is located nearby( terminal Paradisio) where one can take a lake cruise( we went to the lovely towns of Gandria and Morcote via boat). A funicular to Monte San Salvatore is also a walking distance. The staff of the hotel is extremely polite and helpful. The room that we stayed in ( 106) has excellent lake views and a super big balcony. Our 4 day stay was extremely pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Wellness war auch gut Die Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und hat super informiert Dankeschön viel mal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Ausstattung ist Geschmackssache und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Raumduft etwas zu intensiv für mich , aber das ist auch verschieden je nach Geschmack .

The bed is comfortable.

I stayed for three nights, one night in a lake view room and two nights in a garden view room. The hotel staff told me that once I confirmed my departure time, they would arrange a free shuttle to the train station. I informed them on my very first day that I needed to leave at 10:50 am. However, when I checked out on my last day, they arranged a taxi instead, saying the shuttle was fully booked, and I had to pay CHF 25 for the ride.

Elegant setting by the lake, great hospitality from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms were supremely comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast too. Great modern annex for the swimming and wellness area.
