Quando sono arrivata sono stata accolta con il sorriso e con una disponibilità totale da parte della persona addetta alla ricezione. Camera accogliente, curata e molto pulita. La mia collega il giorno della partenza ha dimenticato il PC e subito sono stata chiamata dal personale dell’albergo e abbiamo potuto recuperare quanto dimenticato. Albergo che consiglio!

Das sehr angenehme und ruhig gelegene Hotel nahe der fantastischen Altstadt von Bern hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, moderne Ausstattung, super Frühstück, kostenloser Parkplatz und kostenloses Ticket für die Bahnen rund um Bern und in die City haben überzeugt. Bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen auch vorhanden - was will man mehr!
