"Property ok for the price - but problem in getting receipt for payment"

The property itself was what I expected - basic, but fine for my purposes.

I tried for weeks to get a receipt for payment, so that I could claim back the amount paid through work. I initially sent a message on via Booking.com - but after not receiving a reply after a week. I sent an email. I sent a further two emails in both Italian and English over the next two weeks to follow up on this, but I had no reply at all. Based on my experience, personally I would avoid staying at this property again.
