tout était bien, peut être un petit ventilateur dans la chambre en période estival car il a fait très chaud

- The staff was nice. Especially the staff in the breakfast room. - The location of the hotel near the center is perfect. - The room was big and had plenty of place to organize our stuff. - The bathroom was very clean and it seemed fairly new. - The photos of the gym are not like in Booking. The new place is actually better.

- At front desk some of the staff members didn't speak English, French or Spanish. That was surprising for me as I had to communicate in signs with some of them. - The breakfast is rated as wonderful, but for me there's not enough variety. The bread / croissants / focaccia, didn't seem fresh, I honestly think they were bought frozen and cooked in their kitchen. Hot food was missing, there was no scrambled eggs, no vegetables. It was really disappointing. - Checkout is really early, 10am. We were finishing the suitcases and the cleaning staff wanted to clean the room at 9:30am already. It seems that there's a lack of coordination between front desk and cleaning team, as we were still in the room and the front desk knew that we didn't checkout yet.

Da ristrutturare. Un pò vecchieggiante. Nel bagno il piatto doccia era intasato e le luci dello specchio non funzionavano.

Ottima la posizione praticamente in centro con tutto a portata di mano. Molto apprezzato il garage che, seppur a pagamento, è una grande comodità. Tutto il personale molto professionale, cortese ed educato. Buona la colazione anche se non proprio a livello di un quattro stelle, servita in un elegante ed ampia sala.

La nostra camera, seppur pulitissima, era un po' datata. Bagno molto piccolo con difficoltà ad utilizzare tutti i sanitari per carenza di spazio tra gli elementi.

L’emplacement était excellent. Le personnel a été très attentif.

Il est préférable de choisir les plus grandes chambres.
