Please note that some spa facilities come at a surcharge. Beach Service, with one umbrella and two sunbeds per rooms, is included in the price for reservation of Minimum stay of 3 nights. Beach space is not included in the rate of single rooms and can be purchased on arrival. The wellness area on the veranda on the 4th floor, with Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation beds, has a supplement of € 20 per person for 2 hours. A bicycle rental service is available for €1 an hour.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. I rarely post bad reviews, but in this case, I have no choice. To beggin with, price was to hight for what we got. While checking in , I asked for a company invoice as I always do in other hotels. This was the first time staff denied my request under silly argumentation I had to specificaly ask for this when I made a booking. I've been in many hotels, this was the first one with such a irrational policy. Even tough we were there for one night only, we were woken up before 7 A.M. by the alarm that whent on our floor, which was so loud it felt as if it was our room. Alarm stayed on for aprox. 2 minutes, so of course, no more sleep after that. Nobody even mentioned this or appologized on behalf of this on our check out.
