Residence Celeste Lake View Apartments

The lake view is spectacular. Parking is also very good. The staff is friendly, and the building, apartments, pool area, and gardens are very well-maintained. The location is quiet and relatively close to the pier and the center of Lenno, although the walk is challenging, as is practically everywhere on Lake Como. The apartment is delivered very clean and organized and is well equipped.

We stayed on the top floor, which means there's a ceiling window. Although there's a blind on this window, because of the sloping ceiling, the blinds don't block out much light. Since we have a six-month-old baby, he goes to bed early, so the room was still very bright, making it impossible to keep it dark. This was a minor issue during our stay, so my advice is to install blinds that completely block out the light, as it gets dark around 10 PM in the summer. The walls are a bit thin, and the last few nights our neighbors and their children were extremely noisy. Don't think of this accommodation as a hotel. It's actually a kind of residence, as the name suggests. You'll receive a clean apartment, and it's your responsibility to keep it clean during your stay and return it clean. There are hundreds of rules and fines, which can make your stay a bit stressful. If you break a glass, there's a list with all the utensils and their values and you have to pay. If you need extra toilet paper, you'll also have to pay. Perhaps placing less emphasis on fines would be a good idea for a more enjoyable stay.

Jolie vue sur le lac même si c'est très éloigné. C'est vraiment le seul point positif.

On nous vend un "hotel" et en fait on se retrouve dans un appartement isolé du batiment principal et donc de la terrasse et de la piscine. C'est un appartement très ancien, vieillot et avec une décoration et des meubles horribles. Il y a des chiens partout autour qui abient à toute heure. Zero service de chambre. Equipements minimalistes. On entend les voisins comme si on habitait avec eux. Une voiture démarre sous nos fenêtres tous les matins à 6 H. La literie est archi mauvaise. On nous réclame un supllément ménage car nous avons un petit chien ! Le comble : la piscine est vidée 2 jours avant notre départ.

A localização era ótima, com uma vista excelente sobre o lago. Casa espaçosa com acesso a uma piscina agradável (apesar da piscina não ser no sítio da casa, mas sim a uma distância de cerca de 150/200m.

Quando chegamos tivemos alguma dificuldade em chegar à casa e ninguém nos atendeu o telefone, quando conseguimos encontrar, fomos recebidos por uma senhora que não falava uma palavra de inglês. A casa não tinha papel higiénico suficiente, nem detergente da loiça, nem máquina de café. O sofá-cama da sala é extremamente desconfortável.

Die Wohnung war geräumisch und ausserordentlich sauber und mit großer Sorfalt eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Pool und Balkon war fantastisch. Die Vermieterinnen waren gut organisiert und bemüht alle Anfragen schnell zu bearbeiten. Wir fahren seit 9 Jahren nach Italien, die Unterkunft war bis jetzt die Beste, die wir hatten.

Nichts. Allerdings, für Urlauber die nicht gut zu Fuss sind, sollten sich vorher erkundigen über die Lage. Die Unterkunft ist in höherer Lage und Spaziergänge sind etwas beschwerlich aber nicht unmöglich.

De ligging van het complex is werkelijk schitterend.Prachtig uitzicht op het meer.Fijn zwembad.Erg schoon appartement.Je word fijn gastvrij ontvangen, hele fijne vertrouwde familie die ook nog eens dol op honden zijn. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Eigenlijk niets, misschien het parkeren van de auto.Is nogal een steile helling en smal voor een iets grotere auto.

L’accueil de cet établissement familial est très chaleureux, Fabia parle d’ailleurs très bien français. La vue est exceptionnelle et l’endroit très apaisant. À 30min de marche du petit port de Lenno.

Malheureusement le temps assez maussade ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine.

Die Lage nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Comer See entfernt ist super. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hatte auch bei schlechtem Wetter schöne Ausflugstipps

Leider musste der Pool ab Tag zwei abgelassen und repariert werden. Aber es war ohnehin kein Badewetter. Deshalb war es nicht schlimm. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell damit umgegangen. Kein Minuspunkt nur eine kleine Träne 😢
