Soggiorno piacevole, camera confortevole, personale molto gentile, prezzo ottimo! Aspetti negativi: la fascia oraria per la colazione termina alle 9.30, la sala biliardo (comunicando con alcune camere dell'albergo) non è usufruibile la sera dopo le 22.30 circa, il riscaldamento della camera quando siamo arrivati era eccessivo... Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati bene e il giudizio finale è positivo.

Typical hotel for the region outside the big cities. Friendly and Service minded staff. Room big with reasonable standards except for the bath/ shower, need an update. Breakfast just above normal standard but not more.

benchè arrivati assieme ad una comitiva di gitanti stranieri il banconista è stato premuroso, gentile ed abbiamo impiegato pochi minuti per avere le stanze. Non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore nella notte e solo al mattino, essendo le sale della prima colazione al nostro piano, la comitiva di gitanti ci ha svegliati ma l'orario era accettabile. Colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato in un bel salone ampio e luminoso. La tariffa era quella della prenotazione e non ci sono state aggiunte di alcun genere. Sicuramente giudizio positivo

I had originally planned to give this hotel a 3 star rating - décor is very dated (late 70's, early 80's) and there is probably very little acoustic insulation in the walls/room. Hearing people use the toilet is no fun for anyone! I had to change my mind, however, as my experiences with the staff made my stay a 4 star experience. The gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and seemed to want to go out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The lady serving at breakfast was equally helpful and charming. She was very busy but seemed to manage her duties in a very efficient way - making hot drinks for people, clearing tables, restocking the cereals. All of these things were done with a minimum of fuss and with a ruthless efficiency. The rooms are also very large and are probably more aptly described as suites - a lounge area next to a bedroom with space for a small family in the double room. I recommend this hotel for business stays if you are in Casalmaggiore. I think it goes to show that having good staff make a big difference to the experience of patrons.

Ho scelto quest'hotel per la vicinanza al posto del ricevimento di un matrimonio al quale ero stata invitata. Non avevo avuto tempo di pranzare ed il ragazzo della reception mi ha gentilmente preparato un toast e me lo ha portato in camera,l'ho apprezzato molto.L'hotel era pulito e l'abitazione confortevole.

Stayed last night. Room big spacious and quiet. Bathroom clean and has all your needs. Breakfast buffet and very rich. Will Definitely come back. Thank you very much. Price quality ratio very good. Staff friendly, free WiFi.
