What an amazing stay! The hotel is spotless, incredibly comfortable, and truly one of the best 4‑star experiences I’ve had in a long time. Hotel Cristallo in Bormio absolutely exceeded expectations and made our visit a delight from start to finish. The breakfast was fantastic — delicious, high‑quality food that made the mornings feel special. We didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but judging by everything else, I’m sure it’s wonderful too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, whether you’re staying just one night or planning a much longer getaway. A fantastic place that makes you want to come back!

The only downside was the gentleman at breakfast, the bit strong gentleman, wearing an oversized jacket. He tried to act discreetly so that guests wouldn’t notice, but it was still obvious that he treated the younger waitress rather poorly. He kept watching her closely and pointing out every small mistake. The young woman seemed genuinely uncomfortable and focused only on trying not to do anything wrong. I don’t think this is the best way to teach or treat younger and less experienced colleagues.
