Отель расположен близко к аэропорту, неплохой ресторан. Отзывчивый и всегда готовый помочь персонал.Достаточно чисто.Каждый день меняли полотенца.

Отель , к сожалению, не тянет на 4 звезды.Очень жаль, поскольку это отель исторический со своими традициями . При заезде мы получили номер, в санузле которого была плесень на потолке.Пришлось менять номер. Новый номер был без плесени, но все потертое, давно не ремонтированное.

The staff were excellent with check in, helping with coordinating an airport shuttle the following morning, and with getting breakfast boxes organized since the shuttle i needed was prior to breakfast hours. They also helped me get a dinner reservation the night I checked in.

Someone may have been able to fix this for me, but i was so tired I just needed to sleep. But the thermostat wouldn't work. It was so toasty in there, I cracked the window open for a bit which helped though.

Il servizio di navetta da e per l'aeroporto. La comodità del ristorante all'interno della struttura. La qualità del ristorante con ottima varietà di offerte. La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale.

Il confort delle camere, con particolare riferimento alle prese elettriche in prossimità del letto, poche e scomode per collegare diversi dispositivi di ricarica.

The clean bed

The property is run down and requires major upgrades and renovations

The room was sparkling clean and Triple room was comfortable enough for me, my husband and I and my youngest child. My firstborn son stayed in Single room and he confirmed that the room was nice and comfortable enough for one person. Our room was on the third floor under the roof, ceiling was high enough, it made us felt warm like home. Top Best things were the round trip free airport shuttle bus, the reception were friendly, polite and very helpful, recommended us the bus to Milan Central, and Lake Como. Well, breakfast was great. We love the most was the restaurant where we had breakfast, opened for lunch and dinner. Homemade Pasta, Pizza!!, 500g of steak were scrumptious! We had dinner here two dats in a row! This restaurant was packed with Italian neighborhood, vibe atmosphere, people gathering happily, every single seats were occupied on Saturday and Sunday night. Restaurant manager and all staffs worked real hard taking care of customers, chef cooked good delicious food too! You have to reserve your seats before time. If we are back in Milan, we would stay here again. Just 12-15 minutes from/to airport by hotel shuttle bus. We used this shuttle bus back snd forth to Malpensa, which the third time ride costed 25EUR per room which were cheaper than U ber I checked (morning till afternoon 60-evening 100EUR per way!) One lift was large enough for our large four luggages!

I would say we were happy either of our choice selecting to stay at this hotel.
