Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, stanza spaziosa e bellissimo bagno. Purtroppo però i pavimenti e le superfici erano polverose e gli oggetti mal tenuti — una delle abat-jour e rispettiva presa della corrente non funzionavano. Il proprietario della struttura, un uomo anziano, ha fatto il possibile per essere disponibile e cordiale, chiaramente la sua età non gli consente di gestire la struttura ad un buon livello. :(

La stanza era pulita, il balcone non tanto. Pensavo ci fosse l’aria condizionata in stanza ma invece c’era solo l’aria climatizzata centralizzata, io ho avuto caldo. Bagno pulito però lo scarico della doccia lentissimo, il rubinetto del lavandino necessità di un nuovo rompigetto. Consiglio salviettoni di spugna almeno per la doccia.

Hôtel familial à l’ancienne mais très chaleureux. Confort ++. Un peu de poussière sur les meubles les moins utilisés mais sinon rien à redire.

"Zwiegespalten"

Zimmer mit Meerblick war nur wenn mann sich aus dem Balkon lehnt. Sonst war die Brandmauer des nächsten Hauses in Richtung Meer. Ca. 40m gegenüber. Keine Klimaanlage. Alles ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Relativ ruhig da in 3.Reihe von der Hauptstr. Frühstück war gut. Hätte mir etwas Brot gewünscht. Frühstücksraum war ganz oben schön und hell mit Zugang zur Terrasse und Sicht aufs Meer. Der Empfang, ein älterer Herr, kein English etwas grummelig aber nicht ohne Scharm. Zum Strand ging es unter der Eisenbahn durch was Wohn und Strandbereich voneinander trennt. Für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Relativ wenig freier Strand graues Kies Sand Gemisch. Sonst nur mit Liegen und Schirm was teuer ist. Zum flanieren ist nichts. Da muss mann nach Chiavari oder Sestri levante.
