"Right in the city center"

Very good location right in the city center of La Spezia (near the shopping streets, and the bus lines). Train station is about 15 minutes walk from there. Very nice staff, who took time to explain me (even in French !) the different attractions in the city and around (the Cinque Terre), and a couple of tips ! Thanks for this. Very easy check-in and check-out. The room was quite big for myself, clean. Honestly good, will be back there in the future.

A bit noisy as it is facing the street (and is located in city center), but wasn't a big problem for me.

Location. Close to the harbour and in the centre of town. 10 minute walk to the station. Great host, really appreciated the tips for the local area and the help with the buses. The recommended walk from Biassa to Porto Venere was beautiful.

Sharing a bathroom, but it wasn't ever a problem. Didnt have to wait at all.

Dans le centre historique, à proximité de tout, 20-30 mn à pied de la gare. Merci à Alice et Antonio les propriétaires, d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une grande générosité et pleins de petits conseils pour que l'on passe un super séjour. Grand merci à eux.

Problème d'insonorisation avec l'appartement voisin, qui ne fait pas partie de l'Albergo Teatro.
