The location and price were excellent. Very close to the tram stop to Venice which was convenient.

Was unable to work the control for the AC unit in the room, and it was stuck on a very cold setting, which was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. I'm not sure if the batteries in the remote were dying or if we were using it wrong.

Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a short stay. The main advantages for us were its convenient location, very close to the bus and tram stops, which made getting to Venice quick and easy, and the receptionist guy, who was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

On the downside, the external bathroom was not located directly opposite our room, which was inconvenient every time we needed to use it. The biggest issue was the lack of sound insulation. The walls were extremely thin, and it was difficult to sleep at night because we could hear almost everything from outside and nearby rooms. At times, it felt as though we were sleeping outdoors or had left the window open.
