ITOttima vista e posizione comoda per la città e le piste da sci
ITOttima colazione, bellissima spa, panorama stupenda
DEWir hatten einen wirklich sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Prinz Rudolf Smart Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, und das gesamte Hotel war äußerst sauber und komfortabel – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir den Blick auf die Alpen – jeden Morgen diese Aussicht zu genießen, war einfach der Hammer. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen: Die Sauna war entspannend, der Außenpool wunderschön und insgesamt war die Atmosphäre dort sehr erholsam. Auch die Lage ist ideal, um Meran zu erkunden. Die Stadt selbst ist traumhaft schön, und man erreicht alles schnell und unkompliziert.
Ein kleiner Punkt, der für mich nicht ganz gepasst hat, war die Massage. Ich hatte eine Ganzkörpermassage für 80 € (50 Minuten) gebucht, aber leider entsprach sie nicht meinen Erwartungen. Es war keine vollständige Ganzkörpermassage, da Arme, Hals und der vordere Oberkörper nicht behandelt wurden. Das fand ich etwas schade.
ITLa posizione è leggermente delocalizzata rispetto al centro e grazie a questo molto tranquilla, in oltre la struttura è ben insonorizzata e si percepisce grande quiete. I prezzi per una struttura che offre questo livello di servizio sono bassi.
Non ho trovato punti negativi, la comunicazione sia sul sito che su booking sono realistiche e quindi tutto è stato come da aspettative.

troppo caldo in camera , dovendo partire un giorno prima , avevamo pagato in anticipo con Booking, non ci hanno fatto un solo euro di sconto.
DELa struttura è molto moderna e ben organizzata. Gli arredi e i colori sono molto belli. L’area Spa Wellness davvero molto bella.
Sinceramente non abbiamo trovato nessun lato negativo.
