Die Anlage ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.

Die Preise waren zu hoch und das Essen beim Frühstück hätte teilweise gekühlt werden sollen bei den hohen Temperaturen draussen. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig.

"Compassion costs nothing"

Our experience with this hotel has been incredibly disappointing. We were due to check in on the day my best friend’s father sadly passed. We understood that our booking was non-refundable, but we hoped the hotel would show some compassion by considering a refund, partial refund or even a credit towards a future stay. Every request was refused. What upset me most was not the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy. I also emailed the hotel directly asking for the decision to be reviewed by management and never even received a response. Policies are important, but compassion matters too. I sincerely hope no one else experiences such a lack of compassion during one of the most difficult times of their life.

"Horrible management"

My father unexpectedly passed away the morning I was suppose to travel and check in to the hotel. Management “in Paris” showed absolutely zero empathy or sympathy to my situation and refused any sort of refund or credit note. It contributed massive stress to an already stressful and sad time. I am at a loss at how we could be treated so callously. They also haven’t even bothered to respond to an email.
