"Fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel."

Gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ideaal de auto in de parkeergarage onder het hotel kunnen zetten. Goede kamers qua formaat; netjes en schoon. Prima te doen voor een kort verblijf in Brussel! Aanrader.

Wat tips wellicht... Het had fijn geweest als er een koffie- en theefaciliteit op de kamer was geweest. De kussens die er lagen waren erg plat, optie om uit kussens te kiezen zou fijn zijn. Geen grote keuze bij het ontbijt qua brood, er lagen geen normale broodjes. 's avonds dochters niet alleen naar centrum en terug laten lopen. Buurt waar ze doorheen moesten lopen is niet geweldig; veel gesis en intimiderend gedrag. ( maar hier kan hotel niets aan doen natuurlijk).

Location and staff were amazing- although it’s in an immigrant area of Brussels which isn’t the cleanest - the hotel is absolutely spotless and just a brilliant find.

Nothing negative about the hotel but some people could be put off by the surrounding area.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Secure underground parking. Hotel is quite new and everything is very clean, modern and has a very smart feel to it. Easy to get to by car without having to drive into the centre. 15 minute walk to Grand Place - tram, metro and bus stops all nearby.

Not the hotel’s fault but the neighbourhood is pretty rough but you’re soon out of it if you walk into the centre.
