Fascinating hotel right outside of Firenze. The swimming pool area with that view was beautiful. Parking was really spacious. Nice trail running routes for us to explore. Easy to drive to tram station and leave the car there parked to visit Firenze.

The only downside was the temperature in the room, not sure if we did not know properly how to control the in-built AC or if it was not working properly. There was also a fan inside the room to use but it did not help too much. Had to open the windows during the middle of the night to get a little bit colder air. Birds singing during early morning woke us up. Would recommend to give better instructions for AC or upgrade the fan for the summer. Can only expect to be hotter in July/August.

Beautiful accomodation and location. Views are stunning and pool is excellent. Staff were very helpful. Pool was set cooler but this was preferred with hot conditions. Really premium and relaxing experience for the price. We did not drive as we planned to just relax at the accomodation, but taxi was not too bad at around 70-80 euro. Would suggest driving if wanting to travel nearby etc.

Air conditioner in room was not very useful, had to rely on open windows to cool room down.

The pool and setting was beautiful (the pool was heated and if anything a little too warm during the hotter weather) The shower was excellent and the room (suite) was large and had nice views. Staff were professional and polite

The Aircon hadn't been turned on/ commissioned which meant in the heat wave there was nowhere in the hotel that was cool or air-conditioned and the room was way too hot overnight meaning the windows had to be left open which meant being disturbed by the mosquitos and the morning light. Aircon shouldn't be advertised if it isn't available. I would not have booked a hotel without Aircon and certainly wouldn't have wanted to pay this rate for it.

A magical place with breathtaking Tuscan views. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and dry sauna were incredibly relaxing and luxurious. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Marianna at the reception, who took care of every detail and made our stay even more enjoyable. There is a large parking area, which makes it very convenient if you are traveling by car. The location is excellent — close to both Florence and San Gimignano, making it perfect for exploring the region. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay in Tuscany

loved the pool, comfy beds and super nice staff!

Nice territory to explore, with a panoramic view towards to hill. Sadly we spent just one night there, so couldn't enjoy a warm pool and Sauna.

Too much communication via email, BDC messaging system and even Whats-app. I spend there a day, but felt like I had to read too much of information in advance, during and after my stay
