Mi è piaciuto che era veramente a pochi metri dal centro. Pulito e personale disponibile nel risolvere ogni problema. Ad esempio il phon non era funzionante e subito ce lo hanno sostituito

Il bagno un po datato e sprovvisto di bidet.

La posizione e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile

La stanza é davvero piccola é claustrofobica, il bagno piccolo e con muffa sul silicone, le porte che non isolano il rumore, sembra di avere gente in camera. Il prezzo troppo caro per ciò che viene offerto (neanche la colazione inclusa in 75 euro a notte).

Frühstück selbst für italienische Verhältnisse schmal: 1 Tasse Heißgetränk, 1 Glas Saft, 1 Cornetto.

Camera piccolissima,bagno piccolissimo,arredi approssimativi,nessuna insonorizzazione tra camera e camera,tutto molto usurato, una presa elettrica non funzionante, pavimento rialzato da un lato,il secondo giorno l' unico cestino che era in bagno non era stato svuotato.

Buona colazione Posizione eccellente: in centro storico e a pochi minuti dal mini-metro che porta alla stazione ferroviaria. Silenzio assoluto e assenza di auto. Personale gentile e molto disponibile.

The location is good but perugia is very small therefore everywhere is center.

We are a family of four and booked this hotel specifically because the triple room was advertised as having 1 double bed, 1 king bed, and a free stay for the second child according to the hotel’s own policy. This was the main reason we chose this property. When we booked, the room was advertised as having a double bed, but when contacted we were told this “double” was actually just a single bed. When we asked for an extra bed to accommodate our family, the staff were rude and dismissive instead of helping us resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they accused us of choosing this room “because of the price,” completely ignoring the fact that we booked based on their own misleading advertisement, not because we were trying to cut corners, infact we added an extra bed for the price they asked. As for the room itself, the hotel is extremely outdated — old carpets, worn furniture, and overall poor maintenance. I understand it’s a 2‑star hotel, so expectations are modest, but the state of the mattresses was unacceptable. A good night’s sleep is the minimum any guest should expect, waking up with sore bodies is dreadful. These mattresses clearly needed replacing long ago. For the price we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. Misleading room descriptions, and poor room conditions made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
