Hotel Vittoria

The Hotel is in the process of being renovated and upgraded. The room we chose was fresh and modern and spacious and well appointed. The location opposite one of the entrances to the archeological park was fantastic for tours, but we hadn't appreciated it's a 20 minute walk to the modern centre of Pompeii where the shops and best restaurants are. But it felt a safe walk. Staff were very helpful.

Great to see an old building getting a new lease of life, but look forward to a better breakfast offering and a proper bar for evening drinks once the refurb is complete.

Le personnel est accueillant,souriant et disponible à tout moment. La chambre supérieure était propre,le lit confortable et avec une grande salle de bain. J'avais choisi avec balcon et là surprise,le balcon est immense (environ 15 mètres),la vue à 180 degrés avec en prime les ruines de pompei bien visible,magnifique! Le petit déjeuner à volonté est copieux et divers boissons,nourriture sont proposés,sans oublier que le personnel vous prépare une omelette si vous désirez. L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé car ont peut aller faire les boutiques en ville non loin de là (12 minutes de marche environs),plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité de hôtel,l'entrée pour visiter le site archéologique est au pied du bâtiment,ainsi que le point de rdv pour nous emmener en petit bus sur le volcan vesuve,parfait. Bref,pour une première expérience c'était super agréable,je n'ai pas spécialement du négatif à partager car honnêtement ma compagne et moi avons étais conquis. Nous y reviendrons quand de nouvelles fouille archéologique seront découvert et dans le même hôtel c'est certain ;) viva italia 😊

Beautifully Appointed Extremely Close to Pompeii Ruins ….Attentive Staff Excellent Service and Food.

Nothing to Dislike

Right next to Pompeii entrance, lovely rooftop bar, large and well appointed room, very large and comfortable beds! Good breakfast with a menu to order hot food like omelettes and eggs.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and friendly. The room shave been recently refurbed and the decor, bathroom, in room facilities were excellent. The hotel is right beside the entrance to the historical and they have a very nice and reasonably priced outside bar beside the main square. The prices are very good value for money both for accommodation and the food

Nothing. The outside looked a bit run down on arrival however it is no different to other buildings in the area and it is also being refurbed this year.

-Good location - close to the train station, by the entrance to Pompeii sight. Not too far from the modern Pompeii if you’re walking. -Extremely supportive staff. They let us keep our luggage during the day for free. Every interaction with the staff felt like they love their job. -Nice breakfast. Not super wide selection though definitely all one needs. Everything fresh. -Nice renovated room. Spacious, comfortable bed, lots of mirrors, big shower, good lighting, good sound isolation.

The dining area is a bit dark and not that cozy.
