Great location. Fabulous breakfast very clean room

The hotel cancelled our prepaid reservation and moved us to a sister hotel three days before arrival but when we arrived this new hotel they had no record of the change of booking and they were fully booked!!! The check in staff were very helpful and phoned the Mont Blanc. Apparently the Mont Blanc hotel could now fulfil our booking but they had not notified us. Not a great welcome to Geneva! The hotel staff were pleasant and recommended a great restaurant next door. Comfortable beds and pillows and great coffee at breakfast!

Our stay was extremely enjoyable all of the staff were happy, helpful and friendly. Central position meant that the train and bus station were easily within walking distance. Overall perfect for our visit.

Clean, comfortable room. The hotel with friendly, caring staff. they were happy to help, it was a short (literally 2 minute max) walk to the water and even less for local transport routes. It is also right by tourist information. Breakfast had a good selection, there were no lunch/dinner meals in this hotel but due to its location there were so many great restaurants next door and within a short walking radius of the place, with a variety of price ranges to suit any budget. This allowed for a perfect holiday. I look forward to my next trip to geneva & visit to this hotel.

I had a great experience! Having a kettle too in the room would have made it the greatest of all!!

Very friendly staff, plus a clean & comfortable room. Close to the train station & many restaurants. An easy walk to the lake, plus the hotel gives you a transit card if you’d like to visit spots farther away. Highly recommended!
