Gentilezza dei proprietari, accoglienza e pulizia. Molto buona la posizione dell’hotel rispetto al mare.

La colazione poteva essere piú intercontinentale

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia delle camera che veniva effettuata tutti i giorni insieme agli asciugamani e l’attenzione allo svago sia per grandi che per piccoli con i giochi messi all’esterno e le bici a disposizione

Non mi è piaciuta la poca empatia del signore della reception e le camere suuuper rumorose . Si sentivano tutti i vicini sia quelli accanto sia quelli sopra che quelli sotto.

We had booked a standard room at 20sq.m. On arrival, we were told that the hotel was full and we were given an attic room in the hotel annex 20metres from the main hotel and up 3 flights of outside stairs. Room was full of hit your head hazards and there was a VERY small ensuite. Sitting on the lavatory, our knees were touching the wall. Really not what we had booked and certainly not the room depicted on the Booking. Com website. No compensation offered.For Australian guests, there was no bottled water and no tea/ coffee making facilities. There was a small fridge.
