"Smelt, no working shower and no air conditioning."

Nothing sadly. Staff were helpful as We moved hotels after day 1.

We encountered a lot of issues. Shower didn’t work properly and smelt of sewage, bathroom and front main door for room didn’t lock, lights flickering, balcony shutter difficult to open, tiny rooms. We moved rooms to give hotel benefit of the doubt but still encountered issues. Hotel not clean, smelt very bad and no air conditioning in 32 degree heat. We ended up moving hotels after day 1. It was the worst start to a holiday
