Kein deutscher Fernsehempfang. Etwas laut, da das Zimmer an der Straße lag.

A family hotel that exceed your expectations!

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr herzlich, wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Es war immer jemand da, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben und alle waren super aufmerksam. Zimmer und Hotel waren sehr sauber, der Kaffee war genial und zum Frühstück waren immer verschiedene Optionen wie Früchte, Kuchen, Brot und Aufstriche und Müsli vorhanden. Das Hotel ist nahe an Pisa und Livorno und auch Florenz und Lucca sind gut erreichbar.

Das Haus macht einen sehr guten Eindruck mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Am Abend konnten wir uns bei einem Gläschen Wein o.a. von unseren Unternehmungen erholen. Das Personal war freundlich und erfüllte alle Wünsche

Ein Minus gibt es für das wirklich sehr kleine Bad

Thorough room cleaning every day, good breakfast with lots of fruits and cakes (although if you like warm dishes for breakfast, you won't find any). Also the hotel location was pretty good, about 350 meters from the beach "Bagno Paradiso".

- Very used furniture, with broken chairs and skewed cupboard. - Bathroom very small with extermely inconvenient extra small-sized WC. - Absence of a restaurant in the hotel, and thus no hot meals for lunch/dinner. So we were usually trying to have cold snacks and hot tea once a day in our room, but were hunted for doing this by the hotel owner. Extremely weird and inappropriate. At the end we were also charged 25 EUR for using hotel's plates and cups, which we always returned clean every morning, by the way. We travel a lot and never before we had been charged in any hotels for asking for something like a kettle or a plate/fork, which is very strange. But hunting us for having cold smellless snacks in the room during the stay was even more weird, to be honest. - No balcony in our room and correspondingly no place to dry beach things. - Air conditioning very weak even at max performance. - You can hear your neighbours behind the walls really well (Hellhörigkeit in German, not sure what the right English word is). - Our bed had good mattress, but was very short (even for our height of 170-180cm). - Communication was difficult: of entire personnel only one person spoke sufficiently good English and none of them - German.

L’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Chambre propre et confortable. Proche de la plage. Restaurant 1 min à pied.
