Good location for train into Florence. Great breakfast place just opposite station. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly. Excellent value. Good location for train trips out tp Lucca, well worth a visit.

At first did'nt think much of the place. It is very simple, but very clean! And the service, staff so nice. So helpfull, would do so much to make you happy you forget about everything. no elevator. Would return to stay for sure.

Hotel Toscana is a great place to if you're looking for a no frills place to stay while you're in Prato. It's really conveniently located to the Porta al Serraglio Train Station, the city center and several other cool places. The staff is really friendly and helpful and you get an okay breakfast if you show up before 9:30. It's true that the bathrooms are small and the walls are really thin. There is no elevator, but that seems common in buildings this old. I'd recommend this place if all you're looking for is a safe place to leave your stuff while you're out adventuring Prato and to sleep at night.

The hotel is very well located, close to Prato city centre, University square and the Prato Porta al Serraglio Train Station The place looks clean, and probably underwent some refurbishment in the last years. Rooms are quite smalls (especially bathrooms), but clean, bright and cosy enough - considering that it's a quite cheap two-stars hotel. Breakfast is ok. Also, the staff is kind and helpful. Wifi connection is available in the lobby. The main negative aspect is that there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, and the sound-proofing should be improved.
