I liked the location, I did not like the treatment of customers and the bad smell of the rooms.

Staff very good. This hotel is an old building and it is very noisy when people walk up and down the stairs. No lift.

Posizione comoda con la stazione, in mezz'ora si arriva a Firenze in treno, non c e l ascensore e le scale sono abbastanza ripide. La grossa pecca e che e molto rumoroso, dalla porta si sentono tutti i rumori del corridoio
