Each year on July 2 and August 16, the Palio di Siena traditional horse race takes place. During the Palio, Hotel La Perla only accepts reservations for a minimum 4-night stay. During this time, for late cancellations or no-shows, the hotel will charge your credit card for the amount of the 1st night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Great location! A little difficult for luggage without an elevator, but doable and the staff was so nice and helped when we got there! Couldn’t always find staff but used email and they responsed and assisted quickly, and were always friendly and helpful. Clean rooms even if a little small, doable! Great price.
